What are everone's favorite meals?
I figure this would be nice to share what works best for everyone.
Breakfast:
Meatless scramble: small red potato, 1/2 c. fresh onions, 1 c. frozen bell peppers and onions mix, 1/2 c. morning star meatless crumbles cooked in 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil (275) (sometimes I mix in some scrambled eggs)
Lunch:
Black bean burrito: 1 la tortilla soft wrap, 1/2 c. canned black beans, 1 roma tomato, 2 Tbsp. light sour cream, 2 Tbsp. black bean and corn salsa, lettuce (275)
Dinner:
Pasta: 2 oz whole wheat pasta, 1/2 c. classico tomato and basil sauce, 1/2 morning star meatless crumbles (320)
Brekkie:
Oatmeal w/ unsweetend almond milk ; mixed nuts ; bran flakes ; dark choccie ; raisins ; cinnamon ; all natural PB ; medium sliced banana
Lunch:
Cinnamon raisin bagel w/ all natural PB+Jam
Small fruit salad ; grapes, pineapple chunks, apple slices, banana coins, kiwi
Dinner:
Wrap stuffed w/ homemade hummus, spicy peppers, lettuce, cucumber, and grilled chicken strips
Side of baked french fries and black beans
or;
BIG bowl of (MY MOM'S ONLY) spaghetti w/ alot of parmesan cheese
Dessert:
Dark choccie ice cream w/ hot dark choccie fudge and rainbow sprinkles :]
Yum! (Though..I have like a million favorite meals ; so, this is just one of them)
Breakfast:
All natural organic oatmeal with pumpkin spice & sliced banana; glass of fresh fruit juice
Lunch:
Strawberries; 1 cup of vegetarian organic Broccoli Chedder Soup
Dinner:
1 medium yam w/ margine; cauliflower; organic mini ravioli with organic marinara sauce.
Dessert:
Soy Mocha Ice cream
Snacks:
Granola bar; popcorn; bagel w/ pb & j; trail mix
Now that sounds like a good day of food to me, -goes to plan out tomorrow's food-
