Basically lean meats - lower fat lunch meats is what I use to bring up protein without fat.  I think Tuna would also fit under that category.
I wish burgers and fries where low in fat and high in protien...
don't we all?
Hot cereal:

Malt o meal is has no fat, and is only 170 calories per serving...
tuna is great!
egg whites, egg whites, egg whites!! 15 cals a piece, almost entirely protien.  avoid the yolks..thats where the fat and calories live
South Beach high protein cereal bars--and they actually taste good.
Fat Free Hot dogs  - <1g fat, 6g protein, 40 cals!
yum i love south beach foods!

just eat some whey protein powder ;) haha jk
Lilydale chicken, baby. You just have to take into account the massive sodium, but hey, if you do it right...yum.
Beans are one of the best sources of low fat protein, also quite high in fiber. Of course it is incomplete, so you might want to add some brown rice sometime in the day also. IT is also quite low fat and high in fiber.

fish is another great source..
tuna tuna tuna tuna

Kashi GoLean
Amen to the Kashi GoLean!   When I need a snack to pick me up, I have about half a cup of GoLean, with two dried apricots chopped up in it.   It gives protein, fibre, and a sweet little kick.

Actually cottage cheese, boca burgers (if you can do the soy protein thing) are really good with the fat, protein, and low cal), chicken breast, use whey protein in shakes, fish, ect.
I just got some frozen tilapia at Sam's Club. Something like 16 pieces for $10, and they are really good. They're in individual vacuum packs, so you just thaw them under warm, running water, and cook. I have been browning them in a skillet with 2 tbsp of Smart Balance Light and some Tone's Lemon Pepper. The total for an ounce of tilapia with the smart balance is only about 120 calories. I'm definitely going back to buy more!
low fat / fat free cottage cheese
low fat / fat free yoghurt
egg whites
tuna
chicken breast
lean pork (the other white meat)
soy
beans & pulses
