what does everyone else put on toast?

Quote  |  Reply
I like to have a piece of toast in the mornings, and was just wondering what is good to put on it?

I have been using sugar free jam which is about 30 calories per tbsp, then the regular jam is 50. any other suggestions?

This is a knife and forker --

I cook some frozen wild blueberries with a sprinkle of sugar and a splash of lemon juice until they are soft and all juicy. Then I dump it over a slice of toast (homemade buttered white is so much better, but dry wheat will do... bakey or homemade is still much better)
Two words:  Spray Butter!  Zero calories and it's a bread and butter lover's dream :) :) :)
I put fat-free cream cheese on it....or sometimes I put low fat ricotta cheese on it too
I like to sprinkle mine with cinnamon and stevia. It's only like 2 calories, and you don't have to put butter on the toast first or anything (just don't turn it upside-down)
I LOVE peanut butter topped with cherry jam. I also like just a piece of cheese on top of buttered toast. But I have tried to cut out bread as much as I can...my weakness. I may try the cinnamon splenda thing with butter spray on toast. By the way what is vegiemite? I have never heard of it.
A bit of applesauce and cinnimon.  I have also put Sugarfree, fat free yogurt on toast, sounds funny but it tastes great!
I usually eat pepperidge farm light oatmeal bread as toast in the am and then add smart start butter (I believe that is what it's called) and some cinnamon (almost as good as cinnamon sugar). Tasty!!
