| 1/2 | tsp oregano |
| 1/2 | tsp cumin |
| 1/2 | tsp chili powder |
| 1/2 | tsp black pepper |
Cut stuff, mix stuff, cook low 6-8 hours. Mix in bell peppers, cook on low for 30 more minutes
