Are you an ex-college athlete who either wants to maintain the body you have, or get back the body you once had? Well, I know I am that person! If you've ever been in what you thought was "the best shape" of your life and you want to keep that trend going, then this group is for you! Regardless of the sport you played, I'm sure much of your time was spent in a weightroom, on a track/field or in a gym. Once you graduated and experienced the "real world," time became an issue. You may have asked yourself, "When can I find the time to exercise? How can I keep my body this fit?" or, you may be like me and ask, "Where did my body go?!?"

Fear not...you CAN get it back!! But, you can't do it alone! That's why we're here!
