I know I am not the only one here who has quit smoking and discovered that I gained some weight along the way. Like many I also know that if I can quit smoking I can do anything. We can say that because we have lived that.
We are here and we are ready to make some real changes. Changes in how we handle stress, how we handle boredom, sadness, happiness in short, how we handle life.
Many of us quit to live a better and healthier life. To have the energy to do the things we used to do. The things we gave up because smoking stopped us in our tracks.
Well that day and that time has come. It is time for us to reclaim what was lost and to take the steps needed to get our life back, one step at a time. Calorie counting is no where near as hard as not smoking that one aggravating relentless craving for that one cigarette. At lease we still can eat!~
Exercising - isn't that one of the reasons why we quit in the first place?
So lets get together and share our experiences. We can learn from each other and together we can surpass our goals!!!
