Exactly what is my stationary cycle saying?

Quote  |  Reply
The stationary cycle I own shows the energy I have used in calories. Now, should I take these "calories" to be kilocalories (the "calories" we use in discussing food)? Or should I multipy these "calories" by 1000 to get the actual amount of energy used?

are u the amani form w-l?
It's almost certainly in kilocalories. A calorie is an extremely small unit of energy for our purposes.

If it was in calories the number would be increasing by about 50-100/second.
