How Excellent is Thy Name

Psalm 8:1-9 O LORD, our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens.  Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.    When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;  What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.  Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:   All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;  The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.   O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!

Oh Lord, how excellent is Your name in all the earth.  I give praise to God, for allowing me to ride in the 24 mile bike marathon and making to the end.  How excellent is thy name in all the earth. 

This is a long way from where I was in April.  Only God in his loving kindness could have allowed this to happen. To be able to come from having a stroke in April, having high blood pressure and cholesterol,  and being over weight. 

How excellent is your name.  I have not ridden a bike for any extensive period of time for almost 10 years, and God allowed me to ride in the marathon which will provide shoes for almost 1000 children.

I could not have done this unless without the power of Christ.  Truly I can do all things through Christ, which strengthens me.. 

Not only this but I am claiming that God has healed me of high blood pressure and high cholesterol.  I have not taken the medication purposely for 4 weeks now and my blood pressure is as low as it has ever been.  Oh Lord, our Lord how excellent is thy name in all the earth. 

Who I am that you should be mindful of?  I thank you for allowing me to be adopted into the royal family, and because of this, I am your child that is why I give you praise and honor, you forever and continuously look beyond my faults and see someone worth saving.

Oh Lord our Lord, How excellent is thy name in all the Earth.

And Thank You Father.....for choosing me to be your daughter.
You are the King, the Lord of Heaven and Earth and yet You chose me.
I marvel at Your works. I'm humbled by Your love, and I'm overwhelmed at Your kindness.
You are the Lord All Powerful and yet You are my Father, my brother, my friend.
