do you mean the purpose of the excercise etc?
what kind of exercise? how intense? for how long? how old are you? how much do you weight? what's your current physical condition? what are your goals?
30 mins a day minimum.
60 mins a day to maintain.
90 mins a day to lose.
you actually don't need ANY exercise to lose; you just need to eat less than your sedentary burn.
i go to curves gym which is mainly toning excercises and i go for half hour-3/4 hour sessions and i am starting yoga on monday which is an hour per session! i also want to get into jogging as i want to do variety of excercise. if i did one of those excercises mon-fri would that be a reasonable amount or too much or too little?
i just never know how much to do! last year i over-excercised a little i think so i'd like to try and get a good balance
