How did YOU excercise today?
So, this is kind of a companion thread to the ever so popular "Teens: What did YOU eat today?". Just...talk about how you worked out today, because I'm sure you'll all see how hard you worked today!
I'll start!
- Light ten minutes of walking/jogging/sprinting on the treadmill
-walked 2 miles outside
- did an hour of weight training for my whole body (basically did every machine in the whole gym).
I did 30 minutes of Wii Fit this morning. 15 minutes of strength exercises and 15 minutes of light aerobics. When I go home I will probably do 20 minutes of yoga on it and probably more light aerobics.
edit: is this for teens? I'm not a teen. Bad me!
I didn't do much today, under stress and didn't sleep but a few hours so my muscles are craving some rest. However, I did one set of each of my upper body workout on the Soloflex:
Resistance is total:
20 lb military press x8
30 lb bench press x8
30 lb bicep curl x10
30 lb lat pulldown x10
10 lb Back of Neck press x8
30 lb Dorsi Bar Pulldown x8
30 lb Bench Row x8
Wow, I do more than I thought..
after each meal i do 150 sit ups and 50 press ups and usually go for walks
so thats about 450 situps and 150 press ups a day
may not burn alot of calories but its enough to burn off most of my meals
Jogged 20 minutes
Walked 20 minutes
100 situps
20 pushups
- A 1 hour and fifteen minute intense weight workout
- Walked 2 miles
- Jogged for like 5 minutes on the treadmill (my knee starting throbbing so I had to stop)
- 10 Minutes on the elliptical
- 30 minutes on the elliptical machine
- 45 minutes weight training for the entire body
- 15 minutes on an exercise bike
My friend and I used to work out 4-5 times a week, but we both started working and had to stop for a while. We're trying to start it up again :)
45 minutes lifting weights
Then came home and took a break, then later did 30 minutes glute and leg exercises with hand weights.
25 minute run
100 crunches
15 push ups
maybe a bike ride
Does sitting on my arse at work all day count as exercise? Because thats all I've done!
- walked 15 minutes with my dog (about 3 mph probably)
- ran 2.14 miles in 20 minutes
- walked at 4mph for 15 minutes
- weight machines for about 15 minutes
elliptical machine at level 10 at about 76rpm for 35 minutes
15 minutes of weights
10 minutes of abs
I had a volleyball scrimmage for 2 hours.
I went walking at a golf tournament. For like 9 hours! I had to work there it was terrible!
25 minute run
100 crunches
20 pushups
4 high level soccer games in the 95 degree weather in 2 days. I think that counts as enough excercise =P
2 miles on treadmill

200 situps
3 hours mucking out horses etc
25 minutes wiiFit
20 minutes tennis
20 min 4km run
an hour of weight training my back
-3 sets of pull ups
-5 set of lateral pull down
-5 sets of seated rows
yesterday-usual 90min ballet class but then a really hard pilates class. I
20 min core workout this morning
Starting at 6pm and going to 6am I'm participating in a Relay for Life walk to raise money for cancer awareness. I'm sure I will do about 10+miles! Good thing there having pizza party during the event! :-P
