I am so excited I can barely contain myself.
As of yesterday, I am down 15 pounds. I started eating right and exercising about a month ago, and the weight is just coming off. I know it wont stay this way, but I can celebrate it for now.
I started at 194 and I am 179. Sheesh, I think it has been two years since I was that weight. Two years since I have been in the 170's and it only took a month. *Doing a happy dance*
Ohh...and only 5 pounds to lose until I am overweight, and not obese.

Just stay positive and you will continue to go in the right direction. As long as you have adopted a healthier lifestyle you should have no problem keeping it off and reaching your goal!
Hey, what have you been doing to lose weight? I want to make sure that I am doing everything I can. I have been counting calories and excercising, but to me it just seems like the weight is not coming off like it should be. Maybe, I guess, I am just expecting it to come off faster. Can you tell me what else I should do differently. Thank you.
Congratulations!!! You definitely deserve a happy dance for this accomplishment :)
I love these kinds of threads - seeing people accomplishing their goals the HEALTHY way. Keep at it girl!
Thanks everybody!
Riecee: I have about 1000 cal defecit a day, minus cheat days. I noticed that water has a big ADVANTAGE to losing weight. That is about it. I do cardio and weights. Not much else.
Hooray, Yippeee, Yowser! (stands up on the chair yip yea-ing like a crazy woman)
