So excited about my food for today!
I'm telecommuting for the first time, so I get to eat lots of home cooked things instead of the oatmeal, popcorn, and frozen entrees that I eat every day at work! I'M SO EXCITED, AHHHH!!! I just ate the pizza and I can't stop thinking about how delish it was.
Here's my menu, totaling 1616 calories (I try to keep a deficit of 300ish):
Breakfast (~220 cal)
2 egg whites, fresh basil, 2% fat mozzarella, portabella mushroom omelette on wheat bread
3/4 cup frozen blueberries in peach fat free yogurt
Lunch (~400 cal)
Homemade honey and wheat pizza topped with half fat free mozz cheese and fresh basil, half pineapple and portabella mushroom
Wrap with turkey, low fat provolone cheese, sprouts, lettuce, hummus, and tomato
Dinner (~520 cal)
Honey lime tilapia over sweet potatoes with a half cup of whole grain rice
Lentil crustless quiche
Snacks
Mint chocolate chip sundaes from Weight Watchers (300 cal)
Banana (for before gym)
Celery dipped in honey sesame dressing
it sure make eating healthy simpler when all you have to do is walk to fridge?
instead of having to special making or packing everything? Now if can just learn how to keep my head out of the fridge all the time! lol jk![]()

Well, I do have to prepare everything. I even made the pizza dough by hand, I was so proud of myself!!!!
When I stick my head in the fridge, I grab something like a pickle. I don't keep other munchies in the house because they will disappear!
That does sound really good. Do you have a recipe for the lentil quiche?
I love the lentil quiche recipe! Sometimes I put it in a crust, and it's heavenly.

I should note- I used fat free cheddar cheese and unsweetened almond milk and omitted the olive oil.
