SO excited about new water @ work!

Quote  |  Reply

So at my job, they have a fridge stocked with vitamin water. I never take any because one serving is 50 calories and there are 2.5 servings in a bottle!!! Today i saw that they had a few bottles of this new flavored water stocked, called hint... 0 calories! I have yet to try it, but i grabbed the pomegranate tangerine flavor...

Just excited that theres other options now for me here between plain water and calorie filled vitamin water! Smile

That's awesome that you have a great alternative for juice or pop....  I wouldn't replace water with it though, artificial sweetners freak me out.

AND, Where do you work that they have a fridge full of tasty beverages?...I'm jealous.

Is it just me... or do most of those flavoured waters taste incredibly disappointing?  All I ever get from them is 'sweet' and maybe 'cheap perfume' followed by a nasty slightly chemical aftertaste... like someone's dunked your granny's fruit-scented room freshener in a cup of water and then bottled the results....

mmm hint water is amazing! it has no artificial sweeteners either.

hopefully you get it free/discounted though...its so expensive where i live.

well apparently on the bottle it says "no artificial sweetners, no sugar" so i think its good for you..

i am drinking it now because i am hungry but its not quite lunchtime yet.. it is not bad, just a taste of fruit.

i'm a tap-water girl, myself.  in my hometown, where the municipal water tastes awful, i get water from a glacial spring.

i just can't justify the waste involved in bottled water.

Me too pgeorgian, we have chilled filtered water fountains at work and I have a big glass-glass...  we also have free coffee, but I'd wig out if I drank coffee for 8 straight hours, so I'm happy with water.

Yeah, Vitamin Water's calorie content is pretty disappointing, but nothing's better than a big bottle of the Lemonade Multi-V after a long weekend of partying Innocent

yeah I really despise the taste of some vitamin waters. Some of them taste like i drank a glass of juice, and then refilled the bottle with water,  without washing it  Foot in mouth

Im not a big fan of the flavored waters. they have such a terrible after taste. I love vitamin waters. I dont drink them often because of the calories but I do like the XXX, lemonade, and their new iced tea one. Other wise its a hot tea for me or water from the cooler.

gi-jane, i absolutely love your replies;  you have such a way with words!Laughing

Hint has nothing artificial in it. It's not sweet at all, just has a little natural taste. But it is expensive, and it does come in plastic, and I used to only have it when offered. BUT, I figured out that I can make my own "Hint" with some mint leaves and some cold water and my Sigg. Problem solved! It's so..... refreshing!
