As of today I have lost 19.5 lbs, Im just very happy about this,,,so I want to share!!!
ps Iv had a few weeks of losing nothing so this past week lost 4.5 yippyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!

Heather i am completely inspired!! May i ask how many calories you consume? and what your workout rountine is like? you must be doing something right! congrats!~
I make sure I get at least 1300-1500 a day, for me thats plenty, I do not go to a gym right now, being a single mom money is my issue, so I made up my own little workout at home, which takes about 15 mins a night, and When Im cleaning I blast my music and dance, my kids laugh but heck Im mommy I can get silly!! I lost 1st week 7 -2nd week 8- 3rd week 0 -4th week 0 -5th week 4.5 total 19.5 so far, I still have 58 to go, but I will get there, I have not looked at this as a diet and I think thats the big factor here, I have changed how I look at food and what I eat, this is a life change, I feel so much healthier, and happier, right choices being instead of the high calorie items I used to eat, I have it in my mind now WOW thats soo not worth it...and the want for it doesnt hurt so bad!! I have my pizza, sushi, when I want it, and a fat burger too,, just buy the 96% lean on the grill thats 6oz burger(about 200 cals) is 2x the size of a reg burger thats 190  all about better choices, and I use flaxseed( ground) alot, in my yogurts or baking taste great too and so good for you,,,it works as a filler too, Once the weather starts getting nicer I will be able to get out and really up my workout, but for now I dance, roller skate, bike ride when its warm enough,,about 1-2x a week...I just try to keep active when Im not sitting  here on Cal count.com hahaha...good luck to you and thank you so much everyone for responding!!! xoxoxo
