Does anyone else get excited at night to weigh themselves in the morning?  I was laying in bed, unable to sleep, just waiting for the hours to tick by so I can get up and see if I'm where I think I will be.  I get excited when I expect to see a new number on the scale.  I have been at slowly decreasing at 126.6, 126.4, 126.2 over the past couple days.   Heres to me hoping to see a beautiful 125 on the scale tomorrow, even if it is 125.9!

i know exactly the feeling you're talking about

i'm hoping for 143 tomorrow!

good luck!

i also get excited.

except for the fact that I keep going up! ughhhhhhhhh. sooo de-motivating

Now that I'm back on track and losing - yep excited.   I was actually dreading today, but had a very nice surprise!!!!!

Hi, my name is Dina, and I have a very strong addiction to weighing myself at night AND in the morning.  I weigh myself at night and get excited knowing it's the end of the day and I'll probably be less by morning.  Sad huh?

I joined this website only last week, so it has not been a week yet but I'm hoping to stick around.  I have already updated my weight 3 times here I think...in just five days.

I really need to start making an "official" weigh day for myself...probably on a Wednesday since that seems easiest.  It doesn't mean I won't still be jumping on the scale every day though...and sometimes twice a day!

I do the exact same thing!  My self confidence goes up when i weigh myself in the morning then night and see that it hasnt changed too much, then when i weigh myself the next morning i feel good about myself!  It's an odd thing our brain does to make us more self confident huh?
