Excited!! My work is going to start subsidizing fitness!
Not really overly constructive but may spurr on a discussion about workplaces and their support of healthy living.
My workplace is going to be announcing in the next week or two that they will be contributing a certain dollar value towards each employee to either get a gym membership, buy athletic equipment, etc - and incentives to carpool/bike or walk to work etc.
I think I'm getting a bike!!! :))))))))))
(I only live 5km from work for petes sakes, walk a lot however biking would be too fun... there are lots of 'detours/long ways' home I can take!)
We are doing the 50millionpounds.com challenge at my job. I work for a large company so every site has a team and we're in competition to see which site can lose the most weight.
Of course I know a bit about how losing lbs goes, so it's not the ONLY indicator of health, but I think this is a great start!!
I just wonder how long the office will be serious about this and continue to keep themselves and everyone else in check.

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
