What exercise is best for you???
What exercise do you think is best for you for weight loss??![]()

I'm actually doing a fitness program called crossfit. I really like it because it's something new everyday and the workouts are short but intense. =)
Swimming! I know it sucks being in a bathing suit in front of people, but if you time it well you can be sure you won't be around anyone near our age. Lanes are super fun and easy, tone all over, and are low-impact. I also find they make me less hungry, even for the same cal burn (for example if I swim the equivalent of 400cals, I'm fine, but if I ran that then I get SO ravenous). GL!!
