What exercise is best for you???
What exercise do you think is best for you to loose weight??
I think is when I do Aerobic exercise it tends to make me feel better and with more energy than lifting weights or stregth training. So I like it better and is ussually more fun when I do a dance class or pop a DVD on, it just feels better

Walking. I walk 3 miles a day, every day. It works. I turn on some music, and just go at it, singing my lungs out.
I do some aerobics just to burn the calories and have fun with it but before I finish I make sure I so some weight lifting since my muscles are all warmed up. I work my upper and lower every other day and I do my core evryday. After that i make sure I do a good stretch and I seem to be having good benefits from it because Im loosing inches off my waist, thighs, and Im becoming more toned.
I run, and like most runners, I'm now fully hooked on it. Nothing beats putting some miles down with my headphones on until I get a nice runner's high. It burns calories like nothing else also.
If you have a gym membership Spinning Classes work best for me. You can burn up to 600 calories in a one hour class and then you are done!!
I fell off the wagon a few months ago and put on 12 lbs in 3 months. So now I am back to doing '"Shred'' with Jillian Michaels. I also ordered P90X, I am excited and scarred![]()
Don't worry, bellelionne, I fell off the wagon too. I used to be really good about working out, but got behind on my gym membership and now I just never go anymore. Also, with work and school and being insanely busy, its just hard to find time to work out. When I get a chance though, I really like to do Core Secrets, on the Core fitness ball thing. It feels really satisfying!
I also did Bikram Yoga for awhile, which I really liked, but it takes a lot of time - classes are 90 minutes long!
