Exercise bras?

Quote  |  Reply

For those with bouncy problems, how do you solve them?

I've tried a special bra from Victoria's Secret, and now they just bounce as one giant lump while digging into my shoulders. The best results I had while running was just to hold them lol. I have since stopped high intensity bouncy exercises but would like to start again....

Solutions welcome!

Just do a search.  There are a lot of bra suggestions in past posts.

Most common for those who just can't find a bra that works, is to wear 2 sports bras.

you can also try http://www.titlenine.com/  They have bras in DDD that they swear for all levels of impact with no bouncing

I just bought Lululemon's "Ta Ta Tamer" bra & I'm having good results.

The best thing that works for me (because i like absolutely NO bouncy bounce) is to wear a cotton bra with a 1 size too small cami w/shelf bra.  Nothing moves.... This was working out for me when I was doing high intensity 6 mile runs as well.

Good luck!

I usually wear my regular underwire bra, then sports bra, then a tube top. Yeah it looks funny, but I'm exercising in the privacy of my home.

Don't know if you can find Bendon brand bras where you are, but they make an underwire sports bra that works phenomenally well.  It is a little bit hard to get in and out of, but once it is in place then everything stays put.  Best of all it comes in a bunch of colors, and has reflective strips, so if it is warm enough and you are feeling sassy, you can wear it as a top.

For brits with big boobs, Marks and Spencer do the best sports bras ever. Seriously! I have one that can withstand anything!

Thanks for the feedback. =c)

I have a lot of options now!

I recently just bought 2 GAP BODY bras... and wow, let me just say, they are wonderful & comfortable! Granted I don't have much to keep from bouncing... but I bet they will do a good job at just that!
