I warmed up, lifted weights for about 25 minutes, and ran around a track for about 20 after that. I also played my horn for about an hour, which according to this site does actually burn calories... woohoo!
I swam for about 100 mins -- 5,500 yards
I warmed up for 8 minutes on the elliptical at a moderate pace, then I lifted weights and did ab work for 45 minutes, then I blasted out 48 sweaty, agonizing minutes on the cross-trainer at a high level.  Saturdays are always my hardest workout days.
Quad Dominate Leg Day

Front Squats 225lb for 4 sets to failure, usually get 15 for first set and it’s quickly down hill from there.

Stiff leg dead lifts, 205 Lb, 4 set, Failure again 8-13

Hack squats, 3 Sets, Drop two one plate, start out with 450lbs, striping one plate upon failure

(puke break lol)

Iso-Lateral Leg press, 230, 15ish reps with focus on the outside of quad, flexing it at each contraction with 3-0-3-0 Tempo

Leg Extension, 4 sets also drop sets

Leg Curl, 4 sets, drop sets

Standing Calf raises, 4 Sets, drop sets

Seated Calf Raises, 4 Sets, drop sets

Incline weighted crunch 4 set 25 rep

Incline reverse crunch weighted 4 set 25 rep.

Lie on the floor for 10 min and wish some one would carry me to the change room.
Well I took my "day of rest" to extreme and took a 2 hour nap
  • up 16 flights of stairs.
  • an intense day of museum silliness on the way down the stairs.
  • navigating crazy city driving.
  • 100 sets of 2 rep boy-watching-head-turns.
  • followed by a few fork-put-downs and table-push-aways 
walked in the snowy woods for 95 minutes with my friend and my loaner dog (walking in snow is like walking in sand - hard work!).
I did 40 minutes of circuit training and then 40 minutes of interval training on the eliptical at moderate/high intensity, and worked for 4 hours.
Doing Golden Retriever dead lifts lol...I had to get this big lug on the grooming table (a few times), and they tend to make themselves dead weight if you try to get them on there. Then I had to get him in the tub and bath him, then dry and brush. I did other groomings and various physical stuff at work but he was the most intense workout :P

I walked the entire footpath (if you can call sludge, sticks and leaves a footpath) of my local woods. Legs feel like jelly now, and on a sunday!! :O

I don't usually like to go to the gym on the weekends, so I do my resistance band exercises. Today, I did a little bit of each body part with light reps. I focused on Abs (as I always do). I also walked, at a good pace, for about 30 minutes.
I walked for 50 minutes at a moderate pace (2.9 miles). Not much compared to some of the people who have posted, but I'm happy with it!

elliptical for 35 mins (3.11 miles)

I plan on doing some weight lifting a bit later. 

3 straight hours of house cleaning. (so far).   I'll probably end up at about 5 hrs of cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, hanging clothes etc so I ususally log 2 hrs of "mulitple household tasks-light effort". 

It's raining out so at least I'm getting my indoor workout.  Innocent

DH and I played racquetball, then I rode the spinning bike and did some intervals on the elliptical.  Not sure where the energy came from!
two hour hike in the snowy, hilly woods.  we got lost.  more than once.  it was beautiful.  the loaner dog goes home tonight, though.  i need a dog.
I.. ....rolled out of bed!

I warmed up on the stationary bike for 10 minutes, did some HIIT on the rowing machine for 15 (omg my butt is so sore from that stupid plastic seat), and then did 20 minutes on the stairmaster.

Which is really quite pathetic, given that it's the first day it's been nice enough to go running outside in a long time, and I thought seriously about running outside, and then I just went to the gym and stared at 4 walls anyway.

About 15 minutes after waking up, I warmed up with some pushups, crunches, and leglifts. 10 minute stretch, threw a few kicks on the bag, and then hopped up on the treadmill.

Did a 4 minute warmup walk, then 60 minutes of intervals: 1 min 30 sec 3mph, 30 secs 6.5 mph. Increased incline by .5 every 10 minutes. 4 minute walking cooldown, another 15 minutes of stretching.

 Will likely end up doing some more stretching before bed, my hamstrings are still very tight from sparring on thursday for some reason.
