Exercise for the handicapped.
Hello, I am new here, so I hope I am posting this correctly. I have to use a walker to get around and then I can only go for very short distances (less than 100 feet). I need both hips replaced, but I need to lose weight in order to have the surgery. What can I do to increase my metabolism? Thank you for any advice anyone can give.
There is a whole show dedicated to fitness for people with limited mobility.
Good luck to you!
Thank you! I think I will order one of the dvds, because the show is not broadcast in my state.
