Hey I'm maintaining 5'4 110 pounds - i eat around 2500 - 3000 ..but i run 6 days a week (3 times 6 miles in 45 minutes, 1 day 20 minute hitt, 1 day long 10 miles, 1 day 30 minutes) plus 3 days weight lifting...  on my day off i try to eat around 2300 which is usually on sunday....  on the weekend I try to stay consistent with my calories from the week....i eat healthy but only b/c i find that if i don't i have problems working out....usually i allow myself some treats like frozen yogurt and occassionally chocolate....but i find that i no longer get the same pleasure out of junkfood that i used to.  i did go travelling for 2 months and i was walking everday but no high intensity workouts...when i came back i weighed myself and i was the same....(i may have lost some muscle mass though) but i was eating around 2000 calories a day or more.

I think the most important think i've learned with weight loss and maintaining is to eat 90% "good for you" 10% "treat foods" so that I don't binge of crap food.  The other thing is that it's generally better to eat a bit more than too little....when i first started trying to lose weight i was at a huge deficit around 1200 calories a day and i kept plateauing and being tired....i was always grumpy...now i find eating more my metabolism is faster.

Absolutely none, for the most part.  Occasional yoga and walking.  I am not eating particularly carefully, and I definitely eat more on the weekends.  Please don't ask how I am maintaining, because I really have no explanation.
