I'm new to exercising... i do a 10-min-warmup-20-mins-stationary-bike-20-mins -stretching-20-mins-breathing-exercising(pran ayam) routine everyday... its my first period since i started and I'm not sure whether i can exercise during them... i would like to actually... it makes me feel good... but i want to be sure its ok...

I don't see why not. I always exercise during my period, unless I'm in pain, and then it's the furtherst thing from my mind. They only type of exercise I don't do during my period is swimming.
You can certainly do most exercises while on your period, including swimming. Actually exercise is beneficial in that it can help alleviate cramping. Women who exercise regularly usually have fewer problems and less pain during their period.
I agree with coach_k, that exercise is beneficial during your period... I exercise 6 days a week and when it comes time for my period I experience almost no symptoms at all b/c I have been consistantly exercising. Good luck!
thank you so much all of you... :)
