Exercise routine - shall I change it? Please help.

From reading posts, I understand that you shall change the exercise route every 4-6 weeks to get the optimal result.  I have done pretty much the same program for 4-6 weeks.  However, within each week, I do quite diverified exercise programs:

Tuesday:

  1. 60 mins: pilates;
  2. 20 mins: rope jumping;
  3. 45 mins: treadmill (similar internal intensity training rountine with some variations depend on my condition)
Thursday:

  1. 60 mins: pilates;
  2. 60 mins: volleyball (recreational league/ totally enjoy it)
Saturday: 2.5-3.5 hours' hiking (different trails, usually at 1500+ ft elevation change and 5-10 miles)

Sunday:

  1. 30 mins indoor climing (spend 3-4 hrs at gym but the time I am actually climbing is probably only 30 mins. totally get sored the next couple of days)
  2. 20 mins: rope jumping;
  3. 45 mins: treadmill (same as above)
Mon, Wed, and Friday: catching up tv prgrams thanks to TIVO:)

I might start to go climbing sometime on Wed.  There is also a chance for me to replace Tuesday's cardio with volleyball.  Anyway, since I am doing so many different things, is it still essential for me to change rountines? If yes, could you give some suggestions?  Thanks in advance for your help!

Oh, I want to lose fat (7-8 lbs to go) and get toned.  The past result has been good.

I would say yes, because for me at least part of the point of changing things up is mental.  If I have a regular routine of doing x on day y, then when I get to the gym it's like I go on autopilot.  I don't work as hard because I haven't really concentrated on my goal for the day.  So for me changing things up is as much a question of making sure I'm mentally focused as not hitting the dreaded plateau.
Wow that all sounds like alot of fun and great variety.  If you are doing "different variations" of the schedule and as long as you aren't hitting a dead end (plataeu) then I think you are doing great.  Do you have access to a gym?  Maybe add weights in one of those days instead of jump roping or treadmill.

From what I understand its the "doing the same thing - in the same order and same intensity" that causes the stalling of physical fitness and weight loss, but if you are challenging yourself and varying up the order I say you don't need to change anything.
Thanks for your advice, girls.
