Hi all! I am absolutely and completely clueless when it comes to working out. I have no idea where to start or what exercises to do to get the results I want. I am hoping you guys can help shed some light. I am currently about 5'4 and maybe 125 lbs. I dont really have problem with the weight so much as all the little rolls and lumps I am now getting. I would like to get a tight, lean body regardless of weight. My problem areas are stomach, hips, thighs, and arms. I think everything else will shrink when I take care of those. I realize this is a lot of hard work and frankly, I am lazy. How do you guys stay motivated? Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I personally like to run and bike.  They're a bit hard at first but I find you quickly grow into them, and the high you get from pushing yourself is addicting. 

I'm not sure what you'd do to tone up, because I've never been at a weight where I could even consider toning. ;)  I'd recommend High intensity interval training though, which burns tons of calories in minimal time.
