exercise at work

what are some exercise you can do while typing on the computer?
moving feet, cycling?????
Know of any exercises right at your desk? while sitting down and standing
in your cubicle????

I don't excerise when I am at work. I get my excerise in my daily comute.  I run or cycle to and from work.  It's great, now I never feel like I need to make time to excerise.

I would love to know some exercises while sitting at the desk..

I don't exercise at my desk, but I do pop into an empty conference room during my break and do 3 sets of abs, lunges, donky kicks, pushups and tricept dips.  I've been doing if for about 2 weeks now and I am really noticing a difference.

i do a lot of short walks around the building.  inside or out.  my mind works better and i actually get more done.
