Which exercises will help me lose belly fat?

I have read that you can't target your fat loss to a specific area and I'm okay with losing it all over.  I go to Zumba and the gym. But what specifically should I be doing to get lower belly fat in particular down? So far, I'm doing pretty good, I've lost 4 lbs in the past two weeks, I'm on target with the 2 lbs a week thing. I feel like I will have much more confidence once I reduce my belly fat.

To reduce belly fat, continue burn away the layer of fat that covers your abdominal muscles.  Be patient because belly fat is often first to come and last to go. Research consistently shows that a high fiber diet that features whole grains is best for reducing belly fat.  And then, in addition to general cardio-type exercises and strength-training, you need to build the abdominal muscles by targeting exercises that build the core muscles around your middle.  Pilates moves and abs exercises that target the entire torso, such as the bicycle, captain’s chair leg raises and the plank, are best for building strong muscles around the middle.
