What Exercises do you do in the 2WW?
I use to completley quite exercising in the 2 WW, but after 2 years I just stick with my normal routine, but was curious as to what everyone else does.

I also stick to my normal routine. As long as you have been doing the same excerises through out it should not be a problem. There is only a problem if you all of the sudden start something new, like running. If you never did it before then decide to do it in the 2ww is not a good idea.
