not exercising for 2-4 months
COMPLETELY senditary with not an ounce of moving around. just get to school, sit, get home, sit study. no walking, no nothing, just eat sleep and sitting
to get my weight back up.... want to gain about 15-20 pounds...... in 2-4 months...
would my fitness decrease alot?...... with this whole sendetary thing and eating tons more?...
would i be all ........ flabby?.... even MORE flabby?.........
i just want to get healthy quick so i can join my track team for spring :(

You will lose some fitness, but I would say that shouldn't be your main concern. Based on your other posts, your BMI is extremely low (and you know it). You should concentrate on getting healthy first. Then and ONLY then, should you start worrying about getting into shape. And when you try to get into shape, don't think about losing weight! Lift, and then you'll gain muscle and lower your body fat.
