today all i had was oatmeal about a bowl at 7am
a diet snapple ice tea
and at 5 i had chicken , peapods , and brown rice about 2 servings not of the brown rice tho .
since i barely ate should i not exerscise im tryin to loose my last 10 pounds

You know what the answer you're going to get is.... EAT!!! 1200 kcal MINIMUM... and exercising on that kcal intake is extremely unwise. You could even end up fainting! What's your height, weight, activity level etc? It is easy to lose weight SENSIBLY... and 10lb should be no problem. You just need to be patient. The slower you do it the more likely it is that the weight will stay off
So, why is that all you've eaten today? Just curious.

You are NOT eating enough!!!! Suggest you start using the food log and counting your calories. You may want to state your age, weight, height, etc and see how many calories you should be taking in daily. And, you should at least be eating 3 meals a day.

If this is an isolated day, I'd say don't worry about it. There are usually a couple of days each month when I just don't feel much like eating. Just make sure that those days are balanced out by ones in which you do eat!
And I say exercise if you want to and if you feel up to it -- but make sure you pay attention to how you feel and stop if you feel at all light-headed!

Is this Lindz612 reincarnated? If so, this is not an isolated day. I've been reading your posts - you don't listen to anyone's advice and I really, really think you need to get some professional help before you totally screw yourself up. Sorry to be harsh but my friend has been anorexic for 15 years - she's almost 30 and is still totally messed up. She can never have a baby or be normal for the rest of her life. I hate to see you and other girls refusing to listen to anyone.
Have you been losing any more weight doing it like this? It doesn't sound like you are so don't you think that you may not be doing this the right way?

who ? .. i do listen to people i just haven't been hungry . and no i haven't been loosing anymore weight i just added a bit of yogurt to my meal for today and a cup of tea
