Exfolliants?

I am looking for a gentle ish exfolliant for the body.  Coming out of winter and feeling not so smooth.  I use a body puff everyday.  I want to look good in a strappy dress, etc soon.

Home made recipes also welcome.

Bath a nd Body Works has a couple of really good body exfoliants.  The surgar scrub with bergamont is  my favorite.

add sugar into baby oil, you also can use the filtered coffee (the used one)
