Extra calories on cake during maintaining??
Well, I didn't lose anymore weight and I'm looking for maintaining my body. This week I have been eating normally around 1600 calories or so (I quite counting cal already) but today, my school had an international chef day and I had a small piece of white cake and I ate only half of the pudding frosting. I don't know how many calories would that be and now I'm started to feel worry again that I will over eat today's calories and gain or whatever...
Oh, and I just had a big meal on last friday (Thai food that composed of coconut milk and sugar...) so basically I have been eating A LOT....what should I do for the rest of the week??? Go back to count calories or just eat nirmally to maintain?

Just give it a rest. If you gain , then cut back for the rest of the week. And if you DO gain, it will be maybe 1 pound max max max. Remember the rule of thumb - it takes 3500 excess calories to = 1 pound.
