Uck..... big party weekend... I took in probably 2000 extra calories this weekend... so I guess its back to the cutting board and dieting for this week to get rid of those damn extra calories. Gah!

I know how you feel. Don't you say to yourself afterwards, "That just wasn't worth it?"

But then again - don't worry too much. At 2000 extra calories, you probably won't even gain a whole pound.

Shave off 150 extra calories each day this week and exercise for an extra 15 minutes each day and by this time next week, you'll be back where you were and maybe even a little lighter if you don't let yourself cheat.

Rhettsgirl is right, there are 3500calories in a lb, so you won't gain a whole pound. Your best bet is to just forget about it- its been and gone. Rather than cutting calories, just do a little extra excersize.
