How much extra do you eat when working out?
OK, say if you work out every second day at the gym or whatever, and the other days you just do your normal daily routine. How many calories over your normal limit do you go on the workout days?

HA..I think that at 122...you are HAWT....skinny is a no no....you sound healthy to me. I say work what you got, and forget the weight.
thanks eddie haha. i dont really want to be "skinny" actually. i'd be very happy floating between 115-120 but i kinda want to get to 110 just to see how it looks, i don't necessarily want to maintain it. anyway, even tho skinny is a "no no" as you put it, a firm belly & tone arms are definitely a yes. any suggestions there?
listen I don't know about everyone else, but I consume more than ANYONE on this entire site, and have one of the lowest BF percentages. There are two things that I find work VERY VERY well for women. If you want a "bubble butt, toned arms, nice legs, and flat abs.....then you HAVE TO DO SPRINT INTERVALS. if you do that and have a good diet...you'll look like superhero.
If you want to lose weight and just be all around fit with a firm butt, and really nice (but not muscular) legs....then do some type of Martial Arts.....and take it seriously.
these are my suggestions next to lifting 3-5 times a week. I've taken 200LB women, and turned them into 135LB sex machines. Zeus himself would have approved with a crack of his lighting bolt....lol
there are so many beautiful women on this forum....and they all want the same thing....some of you look great already. I say...get your mind right, and push for that goal. I'm training for a fight right now, and let me tell you...I workout for 2-5 hours a day, and sometimes I need 14 hours of sleep to recover. When I tell you to WORKOUT...I MEAN F$%#@ work dat ass. workout to the best of your potential, and just when you want to quit....give it an extra 10-15 minutes of pure hell....bite down and get it done.

I think you need more calories :).
My girl is 5'4 128 LBS and I have her eating roughly 2000 a day.
She trains with me, goes to the gym with me, and runs with me; however her workouts (while similar) are far less strenuous than mine. her abs are getting crazy.....lol.
you gotta be active active active. any chance I get to play basket ball...or run somewhere I take it.

No problem….take a look at the female sprinters….look at their butt’s….they are super HOT!!!!.
To get an ass like that take very little time when you are a sprinter, but doing in’s and out’s will make you get it pretty quick too (like in 6 months of committed workouts).
- In’s and out’s are (if you are on a normal 400 meter outdoor track) sprinting the straight and jogging the turn…or the other way around. Do that for like one mile, and then build up to 2-10 miles.
(on a 400m track…4 laps is one mile)
