What an eye opener - day one

Quote  |  Reply

I have done weightwatchers online for years, like a crazy yo-yo, up and down with the weight.  I was tired of counting points, wondering what I really am eating in a day. Well, was I surprised when I looked at my nutritional analysis for day one on cc (yesterday).  Amazing how those "low cal" snacks add up.  I managed to eat 1000 more calories than I am supposed in a day! And thats even after a day of "watching what I ate" or so I thought.....

I am only on day two of CC, and already I like the features I see.  I think its good to actually see the nutritional breakdown.  It sure makes me want to eat healthier when I see the "bad" up front and in my face.  I can't believe this site is free!!  Awesome!!!

being determined and sensitive would be the best attitude to fight obesity.. determined to do fitness routine and sensitivity of having unhealthy diet.. ;)

hey restless!  i like the nutrition listings too. i used to manually track my own calories. i definately see that by doing in on this site i wasn't really tracking like i should!  now it is much easier to track calories AND caloric burn.  i do get a little sick of typing it in... hope i figure out more short cuts soon!  ha
