I'm Sarah, 28 years old, 5'6", 169lbs and want to be 135-140lbs. Is that close enough for ya? Yeah, I may be a few years older than you, but you're about the age of my youngest cousin! I miss her.

I actually joined this site two years ago, and then completely forgot about it, but this time I'm going to stick to it. I've already lost five pounds, but I don't have any friends on this site!  

So, you can join in the fun, be my friend, but if you don't it won't hurt me much either, up to you!

I am 5'4 157 pounds and my goal weight is 130... i would love to be 120 but 130 is a good goal for now.

I am doing southbeach (i am on my second day) and then i'm working out 4 days a week.

currently in sitting at 160(N) i gained 10 lbs whie my parents went on vacation lol in the beginning of march, went from 155- 165 and well now im at 160.

although wenever ive dieted before ive never been less than 148 lbs, i feel im old enough now to make smart choices and just say nooo when my boyfriend orders a stack of double cheese burgers and wats to share with me lol !

I'm 20, 5'7 and 158 so I'd be happy to join you. I started "seriously" counting on Sunday and I work out pretty much everyday for at least 30 mins and lift 2-3 days a week for about 20 mins. good luck!

ive always had trougle with the keeping it off part

i'd like to get down to around 135-140. I was at 138 last may and i hope to reach that by july if not sooner! I try to eat as healthy as i can, making sure to get protein in too. last year my schedule was great and i was working out twice a day burning like 700-1000/day and eating around 1700. Now I don't have the time to work out as much, but i do try and control my cravings(eat 1400-1700/day and burn around 350-500). i'm over for today, but i plan on heading back to the gym tonight for a little to make up for it and get back on track tomorrow. i don't drink anything other than water, coffee/nonfat lattes or the very occasional sprite zero.

I'm away at school now so times get very stressful, hence the weight gain, but im focused on summer & that bikini, so hopefully we can pull this off Smile

I’m 25 / F / 5’7

Started at 160, goal weight of 140-145, not sure about my current weight, got into a bit of a binging mentality so haven’t weighed in for 4 weeks so that I could get healthy in the head again first.  Weighing in on Saturday, expect to be about 152.

 

My first niece or nephew is due to be born in 2 weeks, I have a beach wedding to go to at the end of June, am trying to get hot enough to convince my OH to propose and am aiming to get fit and build muscles ready for my first attempt and snowboarding next January.

Hi guys! I'm 28 years old and 159 today. I want to get down to 135ish. I feel stuck! I just recently lost 10 lbs to get down to 158 at the lowest! I'm happy to be out of the 160's and plan never to go back!!! :) I hope to lose at leat 15 lbs by June. I want to be inthe 130's by mid summer! Hope we can all help each other out!!!

although i already started the day off bad,,, ( lots of bread).. ill have lots of salad for dinner :D

and then ill have a yogurt for desert! i found these dairyland fat free ones that taste amazingg and only 50 cals!

[edit: number] hey all, i'm 5'7" and 160-- up from 148--

i train 7 days a week for up to 4 hrs a day- (new limit)- i run/bike/swim & do gym cardio machines & am a heavy weight trainer-- at home & at the gym

i've been here since Oct 1- and while I went down to 148 in Jan- i'm back up to 160- been bulking up due to heavier weights and some calorie problems (ah-hem) - BUT - i've lost 8-10% body fat even though my weight's almost exactly the same as when i started-- i've just gained a lot of muscle through lifting -- it's been key to my fat loss

anyway- i'd like to join in- i think my goal weight is around 148 to 150 with NO muscle loss-- only fat loss-- so it's gonna be a long long few weeks for me--

I am also 5'7" / F / 21 years old / 155 - 160 lbs (don't weigh myself very often) and my goal weight is 135 lbs but HELL I'd be EXTATIC if I could get to 140!!!

I was 185 - 190 three or four years ago, lost 20 pounds, then gained 10 when I went to university, and now I've lost about 15 - 10 and looking to lose more!!

after my mom and sis visit me this week, im gonna start grilling vegetables (shrroms, eggplant) in a few spices and taking them to work every day for lunch...should really help.

anyway......back to the point......most importantly......were gonna do it!!!!

What is everyone's diet like? Workout schedule? Is anyone doing heavy weight training too? I'm training for a SEAL challenge & triathlon-- might as well do something since I can't lose the weight!

just curioust to see who's doing a high protein/good glycemic carb/low fat diet--- it seems to finally have an impact with me again as far as blasting fat & gaining mass & endurance...

like to see other y'alls workouts!

I'm 19, started university two years ago at 135, had the freshman 15 times 3 and ended the year at 180.  Last summer I managed to lose 20 pounds but gained 10 back during the year with stress from school and such. 

But anyway, now I'm 165 and would like to get back down to 135, hopefully by the end of summer-ish.

I try to go to the gym 4 days a week where I mostly run and do some really basic weights and such.  Now that it's getting nicer out I'm going to start jogging outside and hopefully start doing some real weight lifting.  I love chocolate, pasta, chips, and candy but am trying to cut them out completely since I can't seem to eat them in moderation at all...
