I'm at 156 today, down from 157 last week. i was pretty bad last week because of finals but i promise ill pick up the slack!

haha I've had those weeks! I'm so bloated today I feel freakin fat again!!! But I know it is just that TOTM!!!! It'll be okay, if your that scared just be better this week and jump on the scale next Monday!!! KEEP SMILING and all will be right in the world! or at least you scale! haha
153 this week...down 1.5lbs...guess its a start?!
stayed the same from my weigh in last week, which is ok since i lost a little too quickly before. im starting to feel more energetic. i've been lax on my running training though. i have an 8k fun run tomorrow & another 10k mini-marathon jun the 2nd. but im hoping to ramp it up the next couple of weeks, hopefully it will kick start some more weight loss.
a guy friend of mine noticed how much more slimmer my faced looked (& i normally have chipmunk cheeks anyway, even skinny) ![]()

I'm up to 163.0lbs this week - I took Fri-Sun off my diet because I was in a rather serious car accident. I'm fine, though, nothing major. It could have been much worse. Hopefully I'll get back on track in a week or so!

I'm 28, just had a baby. Currently 161 lbs down 9 from 170. Want to be around 125-130 which is healthy for my height 5'3.
I'm on a diet, around 1400-1700 calories and exercising 20-40 mins a day. The best I can offer is that it takes time. I'm loosing a pound a week, which is frustrating, but eventually does pay off. Time is the best option.

im at 155 today same as couple weeks ago... i didnt get on the scale al week since i was fat... im on my tom now and i can see that all the bloat is gone and my tummy looks really flat.. :D... i wish it was always liek that haha... now i just got trim my legs and get rid of all the celulite! ugh i hate how my thighs are soo huge there so massive.. my waist on a good day/// haha measures 28.5 inches on the thinnest part of my wasit... (but then like 34inches around my belly button.... ) .. and my thighs there a wopping 25 inches!!

so ladies wat do u think is the best excersize to do to lose fat... ive been reading that its all about running cuz ur work9ng ur whole body, and the eliptical is 2nd cuz its a slider and ur just moving along with it.
so i guess im gonna start running..!:S i suck tho at it i always stop. im really good at an eliptical tho lol but i havent seen any good changes in my body yet(N) i can easily burn 600 cals in 25 min but i usually burn 1000 in 45, but still
im still fat and all and i eat normal i dont over eat or eat loads of junk. im excersizng something which ive nevr done on a regular basis befoe and i still weigh the same! this sux

Hi Ladies!
I'm 5'7" and 158.5 as of this morning. I want to get down to 120-125. I started the Couch to 5K program on Tuesday from coolrunning.com, and so far, so good. I have a hard time maintaining less than 1800 calories a day because I get SO HUNGRY! I know if I could stick to 1600 I would lose quicker. I will keep trying.
It seems you guys have dropped off this thread a little bit! I hope you come back!!
hi cigani, yes it has been a little dead around here. i keep forgetting to come back, get all distracted in other stuff. ive been doing some running myself, but i've started to incorporate a little more balance like i had a couple of months ago. how are you finding running?
recents stats: ive been at the same weight for the last 3 weeks, 151.5. which is actually fine for now as i was concentrating more on running faster & longer for some fun races. but now im back to focus on losing again. hopefully down to 143 early july, although its june now.

I guess we have been lacking on this group lately.
Im at about the same as before (153ish), it fluctuates daily tho!
However, last week I signed up for an 8 week course called "Booty Boot Camp" which is an outdoor boot camp (for girls only!) twice a week (In addition to the 3 times a week I go to the gym). Its pretty intense, and im hoping this will give me the extra boost that will get me out of my plateau!
Luckily our summer has been pretty dull so far (lots fo rain!) so there hasn't been much opportunity to go to the beach (I want to wait till im Bikini ready! ha ha)

ah there you are. good to see you still with us. yes, hiccups like that often will side track our efforts. but thats ok, good to hear you got another job, & an active one. i find change even tho at first its hard, has its benefits.
caloriequeen, i am a firm believer in changing up the exercise routine about every 6-8 weeks, so i think it will do wonders for you.
& welcome bettypage.
after a standstill for 3 weeks, which i was actually ok about, im down 4.5 on yesterdays ww weigh in. and i think about another half inch. so im back in the 140's again, at 147. my legs still look a bit icky with the cellulite but they are smaller. & my stomach is a bit flatter. kinda wasn't watching the calories these last few days but planning on getting back on track today. have 2 functions to go to tho.
