So a little about me. I am 32 years young at Heart and love living a fun and fabulous life. How fun? By day I am Dawn and I work as a dynamite CSR for a Non-Profit. But at night...I am one of San Francisco Sensational Drag Super Stars. No Really...
Holy McGrail is my stage name. Now when I say Drag...I don't mean Drag King. I am a Faux Queen...a Drag Queen trapped in a biological woman's body. Think Victoria/Victoria or Connie & Carla! I wear the big wigs and makeup, plus perform some zany drag numbers as well as the classics. Oh, and I happen to be good at it, I give those boys a run the money an in their pantyhose. Super Cute, Right?
Anyhoo, I want to look better on stage...ok and naked as well. I am tired of binding my body in cinchers and corsets and other torture attire while wearing my slinky glittered sparkly dresses. I want my legs to look banging in my 5 inch drag heels. I's always been on the plus size although people are always shocked when I tell them my weight...lots of muscles
I started at 227lbs and after 4 weeks I am down to 213.6 pounds. People are starting to notice and showering me with compliments...especially from all the gay men who I adore. But I want to get on that stage and have the whole audience gasp and say 'Weeeeeerk it out girlfriend'.
So I am Loving the site to the fullest now that I am all signed up. Ugh, the Calorie Counter brought food/weight realness...just looking up all the crap I used to eat is a motivator to stay away from the bad stuff. Yikes! And the Boards are informative and sometimes funny...I see there are no sacred cows. Love that!
So what diet plan am I on? Well its the "IT JUST MAKES SENSE DIET!" I keep my calorie intake below 1500, plus watch the fat, sugar & sodium. I Eat more veggies and fruits, chicken breast, beans blah blah blah
Oh and I Walk. I briskly walk halfway to work in the morning (20 mins) and again at lunch (45 mins) and have Wii Fitness at home which I love and work on for at least 30 mins (love the Hula Hooping for 10 mins) and just got the Wii my personal trainer which I started last night...Oh Em Gee!!!! That one is going to weeeerk me something hot but I am up to the challenge. (ooh and it was on sale for $20...yay!)
And ok, I think I have written enough for right now (how many calories did I just burn? Hmmmm)
All right, Mr. DeMille, I'm ready for my close-up.
