face skinny - body is alright
Hi,
So im about 5'5 (I'm like 5'4.5 to be exact lol) and I weigh 106 currently. I recently lost a lot of weight (from 115-106)because I started eating right and also started working out, and I also got my wisdom teeth out, which was a nightmare because I couldn't eat properly for like 3 months.
Anywho, my body isn't all great, i mean people are constantly saying I'm too skinny, but I'm not happy with it. I want to lose some weight in some areas, and I want to tone up. The problem with my quick weight loss, is its soo apparent on my face. I lost weight in some areas of my body (I'm still working out to trying to tone up but my face is sooo small...its like i have a normal body with a skinny face. I dont know what to do. I talk to people and their like 'You just need to eat properly...you don't eat enough' it pisses me off, because im eating the foods they do, and I eat as much as I can. I went to a nutrionist and she wasn't at all concerned with my eating habits, she said I ate fine.
I try to eat healthier, but my face is sooo skinny, and I look sick. It really bothers me, considering my body is normal. Ive been told that i need to gain weight overall to gain weight on my face, but its tough, and I'm not too comfortable with gaining weight on my body. I finally have toned up and am i bit happy with my body - I work out (well haven't for a while b/c of school) but I know the ways and I try really hard...I dont think I want to go through that process again.
I need help advice, what should I dooooo

Hey well for your height to be totally honest with you your bmi is under 18 and that is considered underweight. You unfortuantely can't gain or lose weight from one area of the body (i wish i could just lose it from my stomach lol).I know how difficult it is when you lose weight and then come to a point when you are never going to feel like you look good enough. I have a bmi of 20 and i still feel huge but i know i am not. If you eat well and are eating enough calories to mantain your current weight then i shouldn't worry to much about other peoples comments but i think that maybe if you gained a little muscle it could really help you. You say that you exercise but i wonder if you have tried any weight training? That really does change the way your body looks with a little effort and time. The important thing to do is lift heavy and remember if you are going to take on any more exercise to increase your calories to help the muscle grow you have to feed it. I would personally try this way first if you are really uncomfortable gaining weight as this may naturally help you become a healthy body weight and feel more comfortable in your skin.
hey thanks fo rthe post
i always that that heavy lifitng gives muscle - and that bulky look which i hate-- but i was recently watching something - and i heard it tones up your body (which i want for my arms) --
how do i lift weights, but avoid that bulky look... i wanna tone up - and i wanna look like a woman...not aman lol
