Does The 5-Factor Diet work?

Do you recommend The 5-Factor Diet?
Answer
The 5-Factor Diet is healthy and sound, but there is nothing magical about it and it is not the only way to eat. The author recommends eating 5 smaller meals a day, more fiber, less refined carbohydrate, some low fat protein at every meal, plenty of fish, 8-12 glasses of water, and frequent exercise – all good goals. But remember that it’s not the “diet” that works; “you” do the work on any diet. If you feel inspired by The 5-Factor Diet, then use it by all means, but if you don’t feel like eating 5 smaller meals after awhile, then that is okay too.
