mix plain with shredded cucumber, chopped garlic, salt and pepper and use it to top chicken souvlaki made from chicken breast.
I mix it with half a grapefruit and just a smidge of the grapefruit juice. It gives it a yummy tangy/sour/sweet taste. Mmmmmmm!!!
I put some splenda in it, stir and then add chunks of frozen peaches. You could use any frozen fruit, actually. Kind of makes for a mini sorbet.
Mix in two tablespoons sugar free maple syrup, litte bit of vanill extract, 1 packet equal, 1/2 cup sliced strawberries. (I believe any berry would work here, but I prefer strawberries.) Instead of stawberries, I've also mixed in some Fiber One cereal - it was quite good.
personally i only eat the total fat fage yogurt, and the 2 percent too. The total zero fat free one stinks totally..... no pun intended.
i eat my greek yogurt with honey, on toast, in tuna salad instead of mayo, etc.

I eat the 0% fage all the time and I love it. I mix in some splenda and a little fresh fruit, whatever I have on hand, red grapes are delicious, and it's awesome.
I am hooked on this stuff, love it! I've tried it with..
chicken (sounds weird but i like it lol)
splenda & pumpkin pie spice... so yummy
granola
you can really get creative and try all kinds of things with it!
roast some red peppers. Blend with fage o% and some salt. makes a great topping for pasta, shellfish like shrimp or scallops, or even on chicken.
Great ideas! Thanks all!
