I dont work out every single day, but i do watch what i eat and I try no to eat after 6. I been trying to loose weight for some time now and I just dont see any major maybe loose like 2 to 6 pounds but ythen gain it back up. Would it be because i dont work out every day?
I never had to work out untill the last year a gained weight and havent been able to get rid of it I had always been 110 to 115 now Iam 124 to 129.
Any help or suggestions?? please Thanks
First step would be to work out if 124-129lbs is a reasonable weight for someone your age and height. If you're struggling to lose weight even with a healthy diet and reasonable amounts of exercise, it could be that you're already at a healthy weight.
Next step would be to calculate properly the amount of energy you need to maintain your weight given your age/size and level of activity. The CC calculator can help you with that if you're over 21.
For a weight-loss intake deduct 500-700 cals only from that number going no lower than 1200 cals if you're over 21 (and no lower than 1500 cals if you're under 21)
Finally... keep an accurate food diary, recording everything you eat and drink, weighing portions rather than guessing. The most common reason for failing to lose weight is 'eating more than you think'. (Eating after 6pm has no bearing on the outcome, btw.) A less common reason is 'eating too little'. If you find that watching what you eat means you've been eating too little then increasing your intake could help.
Just a comment on the 6 pm not eating after thing.
I don't think it matter what time of day you eat. I have this stupid habit of waking up for about an hour or so every single night and having a snack. It's no much (maybe 150 - 200 calories) but I always make sure it's within my 24 hour calorie goal.
I've been doing this for as long as I can remember being human and I have been actively losing weight since May 1st and have lost about 50 pounds.

You are right. It doesn't.

So you can keep track of what you eat - which enables you to analyze your foods and receive the following:
- Health Score of your overall diet
- Warning when you approach your daily calorie limit
- Overview of the good and bad nutrients
