My love goes to these things

Does anyone have a recipe for the baked ones (preferably with calorie count)? I'd love to make my own, but I AIN'T TOUCHING NO FRYER!!

This is the recipe I use: http://caloriecount.about.com/recipe/54920.ht ml

I really love them, but you have to remember that the texture won't be the same as the fried ones. You get the flavor, though, and they are so healthy. I eat them in a whole wheat pita with greek yogurt and cucumbers. Yum.

Interesting... I might try that recipe!

This is the one I use, as the reviews say that they are better to just bake them rather than lightly frying in a frying pan first.  We have them about once a month, not high cal but still very yummy.

I make them and I shallow fry them in about 1/2 an inch of olive oil, then blot them so the oil left in is minimal. That works well for me. I have them just with salad and yoghurt - I do this about once a week and they've never affected my weight loss.
