ok I was told today that i have to be up and out of the house by 8 am and we r meeting 4 breakfast. 1 problem...I usually dont eat breakfast. I know its not good, but its not because im tring to loose weight its because Im not hungry to about noon. so what do i do..any suggestions welcome. thanks

Fruit is light and low in calories. If that isn't an option you could try scrambled egg whites and whole grain toast. I don't eat breakfast either, I just don't get hungry till lunch, so I feel you.

do you mean you are meeting to eat breakfast out at a restaurant?  do you know where?
Ok so i went to breakfast after an hour drive to meet some family that came into town. It was a small place and they didnt have much besides eggs and bacon and stuff like that. i kept looking at the menu and i didnt see any fruit, besides with waffles. So i ending up with some homemade oatmeal with brown sugar. it was really good. I had to esplain to my family that I want to eat health. when i walked out i was glad that i did get the egggs or bacon or something else i would regret. Im happy thank u all, especully blackthrone. If i didnt check this post i would have ended up with eggs...thanks

Thank u!!! It was hard but i was very happy after I lleft the restrant and it insipred me to be healthy the rest of the day..im very happy. I just wish there was a fruit platter of some sort...ooo well. Again thanks for the oatmeal idea...
