family just noticed weightloss:)
I haven't seen some of my family in about 4 weeks and told me that I look like I've lost allot of weight. I told them I've been dieting for the past 6 weeks and have lost 26 pounds. Then I told them I had allot more to go..they just gave me a weird look and said...you really shouldn't loose anymore weight. LOL Only if they new how much more I have to go! I am very excited people are starting to notice..but why would they say that?? I am 184 lbs 5'7. I'm still very overweight. I don't know what they see.. but I diffently don't see that!! Anyone else get that? I don't look thin. I have alot more fat then muscle! Maby I will post a new pic tomorrow.
Wow!! Congrats on your weight loss!!! Keep it up!! YOU CAN DO IT!!
Congratulations! I have people tellin me you look fine but I know that my weight is unhealthy. Anyway Congratulations again!!
thats awesome.... I went to the grocery store today and saw an old friend I haven't seen in months and she noticed my weight loss.. and I was schocked because i have lost 20 lbs and no one else has said anything.. except one girl at my work calls me the skinny bi***.
wow, congrats to you! 26 lbs in 6 weeks is a HUGE accomplishment.. you should be so proud of yourself :) keep it up!
People will tell you to stop losing weight because they're afraid of change, or they're jealous. Even if they don't realize it, if they aren't helping you they're hurting you. Be sure not to listen to them.
People may be telling you not to lose more weight because you're losing it so fast that they are concerned about you. 26lbs in six weeks is a LOT unless you're on a reality tv show, and even then it's still pretty fast... slow and steady is the best way to go for a long-term weightloss campaign, and it'll help you avoid saggy skin.
Congrats on the weight loss! I'm really happy for you.
And I can relate about people telling you to stop. I've only dropped half of my intended weight (so, I still have a lot of excess weight left), but my mother is insisting that I have no more weight left to lose. It can be pretty upsetting to hear, because it feels like she doesn't realise how hard I have worked for this.
Either way, don't listen to them! Keep up the excellent work!
