I dont know but Im darn jealous...all those sound yummy!
I would prolly go with the octopus for the first one (dressing on the side, little oil if possible)...but the oysters are fine too as long as you dont go hog wild with crackers and whatnot..the cocktail sauce/horseradish are hard to go overboard on...but oyster's themselves are fine calorie wise
as far as the other...the chicken should be fine (minus the bacon if possible) or the venison lion....the rest of them seem to all have potstickers or ravioli...
However, if faced with such wonderful options as this, its time for a maintenance day or whatever...cause all of those sound yummmy...mmmmmm
Hell, I'd definitely make this a cheat day haha.
But, since you apparently don't want to, I'd skip the appetizer. But for a main dish, I'd go with the Grilled Yellow Fin Tuna With Sesame Crust, Crisp Tofu, Gailan, Water Chestnut Pot Stickers & Citrus Garlic Sauce. Ask for the sauce on the side & try to control yourself with the potstickers. Grilled is usually a better bet than seared or braised, & fish is super healthy.
You know, all these options sound fine because you can MODIFY THEM TO YOU LIKING! Your waiter/waitress will probably be happy to accommodate to your specifications because after all they're there to PLEASE YOU!
For Instance... The Venison Loin sounds great but ask for the sauce to be on the side (so you can have a little taste without going over board) and instead of the carrots ask for extra brussels sprouts (if they are roasted in Olive Oil)...
Oh and that Octopus dish (if you are into octopus) sounds AMAZING as is (with dressing on side of course!)!!!
Good Luck & Enjoy! :)
