Farm Raised Catfish

I know that pond raised catfish is high in fat, but it is pretty good for you??  Do many of you eat catfish?  I like to bake it, pan saute it, or steam it. 

Does anybody have an opinion on Farm Raised Catfish?

I had same questions regarding salmon, wild or farm raised.  I will only eat 'wild' fish from now on.

You have to be careful with the farm raised fish because they usually have antibiotics added to them to help them grow larger.  It is safer to get fresh fish from a fish market in your local area if it is readily available.  Or you can look for antibiotic free.
