Fast Food "Healthy" suggestions?

Quote  |  Reply

So, I know the title is pretty contradictory, but I was wondering if anyone can recommend somewhere and something I can go/have for dinner that's fast foodish (not too expensive) and healthy. I do like salads, but I prefer not a plain veggie salad and I'm feeling lazy. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

I have about 7-800 calories to play with, also.

Schlotzskys deli......im not sure if there's one where you live but.. its SO GOOD! i just got done eating it actually.
Most of there small sandwhiches are 550 cals or less, and mediums would even still fit in your range:)

I LOVE the chipolte chicken... 370 cals, 10g of fat, 27 grams of protein .. its sersiously so good.

and since your lazy, like i am, you can pick it up and take it home like i just did :)

But other than that theres alot of options, especially since u have 7-800 calories. Subway, quiznos, wendys(chilli)...

but personally, i think u should go with the schlotzskys...:)

I know this is a day late; but Jack in the Box has an awesome Chicken Fajita Pita sandwich and it's only 300 cal; with a cup of fruit, and I add a 100 cal pack of chips. It's a great meal.

I know you probably want healthy suggestions for fast food that is considered "fast food" - but whenever I go out to Wendy's (the only place I go to get fast food besides maybe Boston Market) I get the Mandarin Chicken Salad and a plain baked potato. I get the salad without the noodles and nuts, and then the fat free french dressing (240 cals) and the potato is 270 cals (appoximately according to the website, though you could weigh it). Slightly over 500 calories may be a bit much to be considered "healthy" but whenever I get Wendy's it's to treat myself. I also like Subway's veggie sandwich on wheat bread (which I think is 230 calories if you get it without cheese and mayo). You also can't go wrong with a plain grilled chicken sandwich (330 I believe) or a small chili from Wendy's (220).
