Wendy's Spicy Chicken sandwiches!  Ugh! I literally dream about them.

What are your worst fast food weaknesses and how do you curb your cravings?

McDonald's cheeseburgers :p  They are so good! Also, Arby's roast beef melts are good too.  But I hardly eat them anymore. 

I hardly eat fast food anymore altogether.  Not nutritional enough, plus they are high in calories :(

I can't curb the cravings with this one, so I usually have it once a week or so xD.

You can easily get a breaded chicken patty and make a sandwich, I know it isn't the same but... at least you know how many calories are in it, lite mayo would help too.
KFC fries.

dear god they are sprinkled with crack i think! lol

fast food cravings....i just think about what i used to look like when i ate it all the time.

and if i really want it..i have it and add it to my daily cals.
or a get whatever and split it with someone else and add it to my cals.
forgot to add that I just avoid them altogether :p
Pizza.  All kinds.  Ok, my main weakness is cheese, which would be why
Big Mac's......hummm craving one now. 
even the thought of a mcd's burger turns my stomach now, but I'm with starbeam on the cheese thing...

cheese pizza or tortilla chips with melted cheddar and fresh salsa *drools*
Whataburgers... mmmm.

I solved this one by moving to a city with no Whataburger! Haha. But I still dream about them... :(
the carls jr bbq chicken sandwich is only about 350 cals I think. Pretty good too!
Taco Bell chicken quesadillas are the best!!!!!!!!!
i unfortunally was a fast food junkie, haveing 3 kids an always on the go we picked up fasat food alot, i like em all BUT my fav. mc donalds frys & big mac & arbys turkey Ruben & poto bites

<sigh> MmmmMm...but im pround to say i did cut out fast foods a few months ago
Del Taco Spicy Chicken Burrito... when I want it, I get one, but I get it without refried beans and I only eat 2/3 of it.

I also love the McDonald's $0.99 double cheeseburger. If you get it with one piece of cheese instead of 2, it weighs in around 400 calories. I fit it into my eating plan every now and then. I doubt it would have the same appeal if it cost $2 though, hehe.
I like all fastfood! Double cheese burgers from McDonalds, Burger King, and Wendys. And KFC's crispy chicken wrap! And taco bells tacos and soft chicken tacos! And I have a favorite at each place!

But luckily for me I have been fastfood free for a month and 21 days! With two exceptions... 1) Zaxby's grilled chicken sandwich (680 cals!) But I didn't learn that till after I ate it. Plus I needed the extra calories to meet my goal for the day. And thats what my mom was getting. It was that or nothing and I was hungry! 2) Quiznos Turkey sandwich with no mayo (cause they didnt have light mayo) on wheat! I coudn't find any nutritional info on Quiznos but thats what was for dinner.

And I eat subway all the time but I don't count that as fast food. I need the extra calories to meet my daily goals and I get it on wheat with lots of veggies and light mayo. Who would have thought that I would be saying I need more calories to be eating healthy! Three months ago I would have been saying the total opposite.
any spicy chicken sandwich from anywhere is my absolute weakness.. especially from wendy's and jack in the box.

and to whoever mentioned the bbq chicken sandwich from carl's.. it's my saving grace! it's delicious and 390 calories!

I love Sonic burgers, McDonald's fries, pizza....if it's high in fat , then I like it!!!

I have totally avoided those items.  Previously, I have had "junior sizes" but, this time around, I have just ignored them completely.  Actually trying to be healthier!!!  Haven't had bad cravings as of yet.
There is a combo Long John Silvers/KFC between the subway station and my house. I never want to go in there, in fact I think it's disgusting, but about once a month I suddenly end up with hush puppies and biscuits on my way home.
i love the wendy's spicy chicken!!!!! sometimes.... this is groos but who cares.... i peel off the breading and eat it with only one part of the bun (no sauce of couse) and it satisfies the urge and isnt nearly as detrimental to the weight loss :)
If I'm absolutely going crazy for fast food or if I'm in a bind (travelling with friends who insist on going there for supper), I'll get a grilled chicken sandwich from *insert disgusting fast food joint* here, but only eat it with half the bun.

I was in McDonalds last month and I looked around and suddenly became disgusted with myself for even being in there. All I could focus on were how large almost every person was that was in there, and how many calories they were stuffing in their faces. Like seriously people- a litre of pop? A double big mac meal...UPSIZED?It grossed me out that people were feeding their little kids that stuff. There were squished up french fries on the seats and fruit flies flying all around. It was like an epiphany. Not that I don't love the taste, but it really is just plan sick.
