Uh, I'd say no. 6.6 KGs = 14.5 lbs, which is definitely too much for only an 18 day span. You are only supposed to lose 1-2 LBs a week (which I think is .5-.9 KGs) So, safely, you should only lose 1-2 KGs in that time frame.

EDIT: I just read one of your other posts, and if you are eating unhealthily like that, than you are not eating enough and thus starving your body. If you've been doing this for 18 days, you probably loss a lot of muscle. Starvation is bad for the body. Period.

If you read any of the responses to your other post, you will know why this is unhealthy.

no, its completely normal to starve yourself. matter of fact, if you refuse to eat, then why come to a calorie counting website at all?
Judging by your last post, you are losing weight by not eating much.

This is NOT a healthy way to lose weight.  While you will have immediate results, the long term and unseen problems are so not making the quick results worth it.

You should aim to lose a CONTROLLED 1-2 lbs per week.  By controlled I mean in a healthy and safe way, with a balance diet and enough food.
well i drop water wt fast when i first start to diet.

my first week of restarting my diet i lost 10 lbs.
only 2 were real pounds.
after the first week the loss slowed down.

did you experience that?

or has it been steady?
cut the whole "you're supposed to lose 1.5-2lb" stuff, if I weigh 300kg I can lose that in less than a day.

the weight losing speed is relative.. if you want an answer for your question post your specs.
that rule is to keep you safe from health complications.

heres a nice little article on it:

if a side effect is death...i think its best to be skipped.
;)

it also promotes gallstone formation. not a comfortable condition if it becomes issue.

I agree with curses_to_anathem a. You shouldn't be losing weight that fast, because if you are, most likely you're on a crash diet. The only problem with being on a crash diet is that they don't last, and you end up gaining back the weight that you tried lose plus more. However, losing 1-2 lbs. per week is a very conservative weight loss goal. I suggest try losing 3- 4 lbs. per week and think about it in segments. After two weeks you'll lose 8lbs. and after four you'll lose 16lbs. !!! It's a wise decision to lose weight moderately just because you want to keep that weight off for the rest of your life! Most likely the person who has lost this amount of weight this fast has been on more than a handful of diets in their life. Also, crash diets destroy your metabolism because your body will realize that you are starving yourself, which will make your caloric intake very low in order for your body to survive. Overall, choose the decision that will make you a healthier person. Dieting isn't about immediate change, its a process. Dieting is a change in lifestyle.
In you other post, you said it yourself.  "I know I can't eat like this forever..."  There's the big clue.  98% of people who lose weight fast with any form of starvation diet gain all the weight back just as fast when they stop starving themselves.  The only way to lose weight permanently is to change your lifestyle to a healthy plan that you CAN do for the rest of your life.
